Who better to say it but...
Well now that tomorrow is my first day of my junior year in high school, I figured that there is no one better to express my sentiments towards the incoming year than the man himself, Alice Cooper. With some Microsoft Word sleight-of-cursor (haha), I changed "out" to "in" and "no" to "yes", because "out" and "no" were the primary words used to convey the end of the school year.
"Schools In" by Alice Cooper and Justin Chun
Well we got yes choice
All the girls and boys
Makin all that yesise
'Cause they found new toys
Well we can't salute ya
Can't find a flag
If that don't suit ya
That's a drag
School's in for summer
School's in forever
School's been blown to pieces
yes more pencils
yes more books
yes more teacher's dirty looks
Well we got yes class
And we got yes principles
And we got yes inyescence
We can't even think of a word that rhymes
School's in for summer
School's in forever
School's been blown to pieces
yes more pencils
yes more books
yes more teacher's dirty looks
in for summer
in till fall
We might yest go back at all
School's in forever
School's in for summer
School's in with fever
School's in completely
